Whereas the first film looked at the fallout from the terrorist attacks on New York in 2001 this looks at the reputation the US is getting while having Donald Trump in place as president.
The film hit controversy in the US for being given an R rating(one of their highest), the BBFC has given the film a 15 rating in the UK for strong language, disturbing images, racist behaviour and the film has a running time of 128 minutes.
