Spectre takes 4 million pound on opening day from 647 screens
Spectre
The new Bond movie Spectre opened on Monday night at 8.15pm, only allowing one showing that day and managed a £4.1 million gross.

The last bond movie, Skyfall, took £6.7 million on opening day but it had all day to take that.

The film is now on general release so what effect this has on its first weekend is to be seen, but expect a big, if not record breaking, weekend.

Skyfall is the current top grossing film ever in the UK, with this result it is possible Spectre could overtake it.

The film has had positive reviews with some giving the film top marks in their publication.

Skyfall took just over £20 million on its debut weekend, check back next week to see how the latest Bond does.
